Video transitions between property photos

A transition is a short clip that joins two photos with smooth motion. The AI computes the frames between the starting and the target image, so instead of a hard cut you get movement: the camera flies over the garden, an empty room is furnished, winter turns into summer. Transitions are used in the [video tour](/produkty/video-prohlidka) and on their own.

Six examples

Each clip runs 5 seconds and was made from two photos. They play silently on a loop.

An aerial view of a residential neighbourhood moves in on one house. It shows where the property sits and what surrounds it.
The camera flies along a modern house with a garden and a pool. Exterior and plot in one continuous shot.
An empty room is furnished into a bedroom during the shot. For flats sold unfurnished.
A cottage in winter turns into the same cottage in summer. For properties photographed in the wrong season.
A dated bathroom turns into a bright new one. It shows the potential of a property before renovation.
A dark kitchen unit turns into a bright modern one. The same space in a different finish.

Why a transition helps a listing

A video with continuous motion holds attention longer than a gallery of stills — nobody has to click and the shot keeps going. It also shows how the rooms connect: buyers see where one leads into the next instead of piecing the layout together from unrelated frames.

What each type is for

  • Drone approach — places the property in its surroundings. Show the neighbourhood and access without hiring a drone.
  • Flight around the house — for the exterior and the garden. Photos taken from different spots become one continuous move around the house and the plot.
  • Furnishing a room — for empty flats. Viewers see the space both empty and furnished and get a sense of what fits.
  • Change of season — for properties photographed in the wrong season. A winter photo of a cottage turns into its summer version.
  • Interior makeover — for properties before renovation. The current state turns into a possible result without renovating anything.

How it is made

  1. Pick two photos — a starting and a target image. Ordinary photos from a phone or a photographer are enough; no drone and no filming.
  2. Choose the length of the clip and the order the photos should follow.
  3. The clip is generated in the background (2–5 minutes); keep working and you will be notified when it is done.
  4. Drop the clip into the video in place of a cut, or download it as MP4 for social media.

You do not need to have shot the target photo. Have it made with an AI visualization — a furnished room, a new bathroom or a summer version of the garden — and the transition then runs from the photo into the visualization.

Where to use it

  • Video tour — transitions between the main rooms replace hard cuts, so the video feels filmed.
  • Reels and Stories — one transition as a teaser for the listing.
  • Listing and agency website — a short clip in the header instead of a static image.

Fidelity

The clip is based on your photos and keeps their content; the AI computes the motion between them and what it reveals along the way. For transitions that change the state of the property — furnishing, renovation, season — state in the listing that it is a visualization rather than the actual condition. The output is marked as AI content in the file metadata.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a drone or a camera?

No. A transition is made from ordinary photos — from a phone or from a photographer. The drone approach is computed from shots of the property and its surroundings; no filming is involved.

How many photos does one transition need?

Two — a starting and a target image. It helps if both are taken from the same height in similar light; for an interior makeover the shot should be from the same spot.

How long is the clip?

5 or 10 seconds, your choice, in Full HD (1080p) and silent. In a video tour, music and voice-over are added.

Do I have to say the result is a visualization?

For transitions that change the state of the property — furnishing an empty flat, a bathroom or kitchen makeover, a change of season — yes. It is a possible version, not the actual condition, and the listing should say so.

What if the result is not right?

Preview the clip and regenerate it with a different pair of photos or a different length.
