Property floor plan: 2D editor and 3D visualization

Floor plans in Elidat are created from an existing plan (PDF, scan, photo from the land registry or project documents) or from a hand sketch — the AI traces it into an editable 2D floor plan with rooms, doors and windows. In the editor you add furniture from the catalogue, dimensions, room names and areas, add storeys and export a clean plan for the listing. From the same plan, one click generates a 3D visualization of the furnished flat.

What the floor plan tool does

  • AI tracing — upload a PDF or photo of the plan; the AI recognises walls, rooms, doors and windows and fills in room types with areas. You check and fix anything that is off before confirming.
  • Hand sketch — photograph a plan drawn on paper; the app works out the scale from the room areas you enter.
  • Editor — walls, doors (including balcony doors), windows (including full-wall glazing), stairs with direction, multiple storeys, angled walls, terraces and garden. Dimensions inside, outside or perimeter only.
  • Furniture — a catalogue of hundreds of items by room (L/U kitchens, beds, sofas, pergola, pool…) with localised names. Furnished or unfurnished plan.
  • 2D export — PNG or PDF with property details and contact, in your agency's style; size and labels adjustable.
  • 3D visualization — from the plan the AI renders a top-down view of the furnished flat in a chosen style (modern, Scandinavian, classic…). Previews are free; you pay only for the download.

How it works

  1. Open the floor plan editor and upload the plan (or start drawing).
  2. The AI traces the plan; in the review you confirm rooms and fix walls and doors.
  3. Add furniture, dimensions, names and areas; for houses, additional storeys.
  4. Export the 2D plan, or switch to 3D, pick a style and generate the visualization.
  5. Save the plan to the project and use it in the listing and the video tour.

Who it is for

Agents who get only a scan from the project documents or a rough drawing from the client and need a clean floor plan for the listing today; agencies with a consistent floor-plan style; developers who want a furnished 3D view for every available unit.

Price

The editor and AI tracing are available on every plan. A 2D export costs 1 AI use (10 credits), a 3D download 5 AI uses (50 credits); 12 3D previews are included. Details on the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

What can the AI trace a floor plan from?

From PDFs and images (JPG, PNG) of a plan — project documents, land registry, an older listing or a photo of a hand-drawn sketch. You always review and edit the result in the editor.

Are the areas accurate?

Areas come from the recognised plan and its scale; for sketches, from the areas you enter. For listings we recommend checking against the documentation — the plan is indicative, not a design document.

Does the editor handle multiple storeys and angled walls?

Yes. A plan can have several storeys with directional stairs, angled walls, balconies, terraces, a garden and a pool.

How much does the 3D visualization cost?

12 3D previews are included; you pay only for the download: 5 AI uses on a subscription or 50 credits.
