What the video tour includes

The video is built from elements you switch on depending on the property. All are included in subscriptions; with credits you pay only for what you use.

• Satellite flyover — the camera descends from the wider area to the property and, for land, outlines the parcel boundaries from the cadastre (CZ, SK, PL).
• Street View shots — the approach to the house as a visitor sees it, where available for the address.
• Photos in motion — every photo gets a gentle camera move; selected photos can be animated into short clips or joined with smooth room-to-room transitions.
• Voice-over — AI narrates the description in English, German, Czech, Slovak or Polish. PRO and Office plans can use a clone of your own voice.
• Captions and text — title, layout, price, contact; the app drafts the text from the property details and you edit it.
• Amenities — a map with walking times to schools, shops, transit and doctors.
• Music and branding — a licensed music library, your agency's logo and colours (Office plan: custom fonts and templates).
• Opening scene — an animated intro with the property name; optionally AI motion in the cover photo.

How it works

1. Create a project and upload photos (JPG, HEIC, PNG; the app straightens and enhances them).
2. Enter the address — Elidat fetches satellite data and parcel boundaries.
3. Fill in the details (layout, area, price) — captions and the voice-over are generated from them.
4. Pick music, a voice and formats. You see the preview immediately, no waiting for rendering.
5. Click Create video. Download the finished file or share it by link; edits to a paid video are included (3× on LITE, 5× on PRO).

Who the video tour is for

• Estate agents — listings with video get markedly more engagement on portals and social media than photos alone, and the video can be emailed to prospects.
• Agencies — a consistent look for the whole team, custom branding and a central media library on the Office plan.
• Developers — present the project and location before completion, combined with AI visualizations.
• Land sales — a satellite flyover with the parcel outlined is often the only clear way to show a plot.

Video for social media

Besides the classic 16:9 for the web and portals, you create the same video in 9:16 for Reels, Stories and TikTok, and 1:1 and 4:5 for feeds. For social media the app also offers a cut-down version under 30 s. The Reels format is available from the PRO plan.

What a video costs

The LITE plan ($49/month) includes 3 videos a month, i.e. from $16 per video; PRO ($79/month) includes 8 videos from $10. With one-off credits the video base costs 300 credits and individual elements — voice-over, amenities, animated photos — are added on top. Details and examples of real videos are in the pricing.
