AI photo enhancement for property photos
Photo enhancement in Elidat is automatic post-production of property photos — what a professional photographer would do in Lightroom. It fixes exposure and white balance, brightens interiors, boosts colours, adds a blue sky or turns day into dusk, and on request removes distracting objects or watermarks. The content and geometry of the photo are preserved; only colours and light change.

At a glance
- Input
- any number of photos (JPG/PNG/HEIC), in batches from a whole project
- Output
- JPG at the original resolution (optional upscale), style of your choice
- Time
- 20–60 s per photo, batches run in the background
- Price
- 1 AI use per photo; batch enhancement = number of photos
What enhancement does
- Natural edit — white balance, opened shadows, recovered highlights, medium contrast and clean colours. The photo looks professionally edited.
- Bright & airy — interiors a stop brighter, lifted shadows, clean white walls; the signature real-estate look.
- Warm & cosy — golden late-afternoon tones, soft contrast, richer wood and textiles.
- Vivid magazine — bold colours and contrast for exteriors and gardens.
- Blue sky — an overcast sky is replaced with sunshine and the whole scene relit for a sunny day.
- Day → dusk — twilight with lit windows and warm light for an attractive cover photo.
- Object removal — mark a bin, car, cable or watermark and the AI fills in what is behind it.
The photo content stays 1:1
For the colour styles the AI is used only as a reference: the colour and tonal “look” is taken from its output and applied to the original pixels of your photo. Doors, stairs, windows, furniture and cables therefore cannot disappear or change — essential for property marketing, because buyers must see the real state. The blue-sky and day-to-dusk styles change the sky and lights deliberately.
How it works
- In a project, select photos (or all of them) and pick a style; optionally add a note on what to watch for.
- The batch runs in the background; for each photo you see progress and the result next to the original.
- Enhanced photos are used in the video or downloaded for the listing. The original stays stored and you can return to it any time.
- Object removal: open the photo, brush over what should go, and confirm.
Who it is for
Agents who shoot with a phone and want a consistent, professional-looking set of listing photos without an editor or a photographer; agencies that need a uniform look across their portfolio; photographers as a fast first pass over a whole job.
Price
One photo = 1 AI use on a subscription (LITE 100, PRO 200 per month). Batch enhancement is counted per photo. Credit and plan prices are on the pricing page.
Frequently asked questions
Can the AI enhancement remove or add anything in the photo?
Not with the colour styles — only the colour grade is transferred onto the original pixels; content and geometry stay unchanged. Objects are removed only where you mark them yourself. Blue sky and day-to-dusk change the sky and lights deliberately.
Is the original resolution preserved?
Yes. The output has the same resolution as the original; for smaller photos you can enable AI upscaling to the original size.
Does it handle phone photos and iPhone HEIC files?
Yes. The app straightens photos using EXIF, converts HEIC and applies the enhancement just as it does for camera photos.
Can I enhance all photos in a project at once?
Yes, batch enhancement processes the whole project in the background and is billed per photo.
