How to create videos in the Elidat platform?
Complete guide to creating a property video showcase — step by step from project creation to downloading your finished video.

Creating a New Project

- First, you'll sign in or create an account
- New users get free creation of 1 video and 5 AI generations
- Click the "New Project" button
Selecting Location and Property
The first step adds an aerial view of your property, generated from aerial photos. You can skip this step.
Working with Cadastre
For Czech Republic we recommend working with the cadastre
- First select the municipality and cadastral territory
- Then add the property (building or land). If you don't know the property number, you can find it on ikatastr.cz
- Important: If you're adding a house with a garden, you need to add both separately
- After saving, you'll see a preview of your added properties. Check that you have all properties that belong to the real estate
Working with the Map
Suitable for adding properties outside the Czech Republic
- Enter the property address or search directly on the map
- By clicking, you mark the corners of the property (click the first point again at the end to close the property)
- Save the property
Media – Photos and Video
Photos
- Click the purple field to open your file manager
- Select and upload the photos you want in the video
- The order is determined by how you see them in the preview after upload. You can rearrange them
- The last photo will also be used as a business card (with your contact details)
Video
- Just like photos, you can also upload video
- Video can have sound or be silent
Working with Photos
You can edit individual photos in several ways — crop, enhance, create a visualization, or create a video transition.
Crop
- Crop photos to the exact 16:9 format so they fit perfectly in the video
- This step is especially useful for portrait photos or non-standard formats
Enhance
- Enhancing photos works well for dark or low-contrast photos
- You can adjust individual values — brightness, contrast, saturation, or light independently
- To enhance a photo in one click, use the "Enhance with AI" feature
Create Visualization

- If you have property photos you want to edit, use the AI visualizations feature — you can create visualizations of bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, and exteriors!
- You can choose from basic or advanced visualizations and also create custom edits
Basic Visualizations
- •Select what type of room you'll generate, in what style, and check if you need to remove furniture from the photo
- •Wait about 30 seconds for the first visualization to generate
- •These visualizations are completely free
- •If you're happy with the result, click "Use in Project"
- •Don't like the result? Generate more variations
Advanced Visualizations
- •Advanced visualizations can generate interior, exterior, and commercial space photos, plus add a house to a property
- •You can also visualize a kitchen, change photos from winter to summer, or completely renovate a house
- •Select the visualization type and special category in which the visualization will be created
- •Within 20 seconds you have a professional visualization
- •If you're happy with the result, click "Use in Project"
- •Not happy with just part of the visualization? Use the "Edit Custom Visualization" option
Custom Visualization
- •Here you can generate a visualization completely according to your ideas, or further edit an already generated visualization
- •Enter a precise description of what and how you want to edit in the text field
- •The more precise your instructions, the better the final result
Create Video Transition

- This feature creates a smooth video transition between the starting and final photos — perfect for showing BEFORE and AFTER
- Just select the source and target scene, the final video will be 5 seconds
- You can choose from all the files you have uploaded to your project, or upload a new one
- You can choose from various transition styles or create a custom prompt for blending photos
- Generating a video transition can take 30-60 seconds
- If you're happy with the result, click "Use in Project"
Convert to Video
- You can convert an uploaded photo to a video with one click
- Just click the camera icon and confirm generation
- In about 30 seconds you have a finished video from your photo
Working with Video
For each video, you can mute or unmute sound, trim video, speed up or slow down.

- You can edit uploaded or created video by clicking the scissors icon
- Select the video playback speed
- By dragging the purple blocks, you can trim the video and shorten it
Media – Music
- You can choose from several music options — slower, faster, or upload your own music or disable it completely
- To select music, click on a specific sample (it will be marked in dark purple)
- You can also adjust the music volume and activate fade in/out effect
- If you're working with voiceover in the video, we recommend keeping the music volume around 20%
Adding Text and Captions – Key Information
- Key information is pre-filled based on cadastral data. Use the "A" button for automatic filling
- You can also enter any text in the Title, Subtitle, and Text fields — we recommend listing key property information
- You'll see automatically calculated property areas in the top banner. You can edit them
Civic Amenities
- Add civic amenities markers to your video!
- From the selection, check which amenities you want displayed in your video — schools, shops, healthcare facilities, and more
Filling in Contact Information
- Enter name, email, and phone. This information will appear at the end of the video on a business card and throughout the video in the footer
- If you've worked in the system before, the information will be pre-filled, just click "Save"
- You can also upload your own business card as an image or short video
- You can upload a logo in PNG format, which will appear in the top corner of the video
Generating Video Preview
- After completing the previous steps, a video preview will be created
- The generation process can take several minutes
- If you leave the website during generation, we'll send you an email when the preview is ready
- The preview will be displayed in the system where you can check it. The preview video contains a watermark, the final version won't
- Check all your information. If everything is correct, you can go back to voiceover creation or download the video right away.
Voiceover Commentary

- Take advantage of the option to add voiceover to your video
- First, select the voice that will narrate the entire video
- In the text field, enter the text you want to voice over — generate — add to the video timeline
- Generate text by clicking "Generate Voiceover"
- You can listen to the generated voiceover by clicking the play button
- If you're happy with the voice, drag the audio track down to the audio layers
- In the audio layer, place the text where you need it — you have marked sections of the video above for reference
- In the same way, generate and place additional audio layers
- Once you're happy with the voiceover, go back to the video preview and generate it again
- BONUS: Subscribers can have a custom voice generated on their account!
Final Confirmation
- Are you happy with the finished video? Proceed to download it.
- Warning — after clicking "Download Video" it's no longer possible to change your submission
Payment and Video Download
- The video price depends on which mode you're working in
- The system will prompt you for payment (price depends on the elements used)
- Confirm payment and within seconds the final version of your video will start creating without watermark and in full quality
- Within a moment you can download the video with one click

Frequently Asked Questions
The cadastre can't find my property
It's possible that the property you're looking for doesn't yet exist in the digital version of the cadastre (this happens with about 3% of properties in the Czech Republic). In that case, use the "Working with Map" feature.
What format can I upload photos in?
Allowed formats are .jpg and .png. Maximum photo size is 20 MB. Maximum file size for custom business card and logo is 5 MB.
What's the difference between the video preview and the final video for download?
The video preview has a watermark and lower quality. After clicking "Download Video", the file is without watermark and in the highest quality.
When can I still edit the video?
You can edit the video even after generating a preview. Just go back to the individual steps and save the changes. You can't edit the video after clicking the "Download Video" button.

You'll see the video after signing into your account among other Projects.
