Types of visualization

• Interior — furnish an empty room in a chosen style (living room, bedroom, kitchen, kids' room, office, bathroom…), replace furniture, declutter and tidy, renovate surfaces. Pick style, materials, colours and lighting from presets or describe them in your own words.
• Exterior — new façade, full house renovation, garden, terrace and balcony, summer or winter scene, sunny sky.
• Commercial spaces — café, restaurant, clinic, office, shop or warehouse from an empty unit.
• House on a plot — mark where the house should stand on a photo of the plot and pick a type (bungalow, two-storey, cottage, tiny house). For more precision, place a massing model and let the AI complete the house from your reference views.
• From a reference photo — furnish or restyle to match a sample, transfer specific furniture from a photo, show the room from another angle.

How it works

1. Upload a photo (in a project or in the standalone tool).
2. Choose the visualization type and set the options: what to do, style, surfaces, lighting. For advanced edits, mark an area with the brush or add reference photos.
3. The first variant is ready in 30–90 s; generate 3 more variants of the same photo at no extra charge.
4. Save the result to the project (straight into the video), download it, or use it as the input for the next edit.

Where visualization helps

• Empty flats and houses — a furnished interior shows scale and function; buyers picture the space more easily.
• Renovation projects — next to the real state, show what the property could look like after renovation.
• New builds and land — a house on the parcel or a furnished unit from a shell before completion.
• Commercial lettings — show the same empty unit as a café and as an office, depending on the audience.

Fidelity and labelling

The visualization changes only what you specify; layout, windows, doors and perspective remain. The result is an AI image — label it as a visualization in listings (Elidat adds a “visualization” watermark and machine-readable AI-content metadata to the file) and always show it alongside real photos.

Price

On a subscription a visualization is 1 AI use (LITE 100, PRO 200 uses per month). With credits it costs 30 credits per photo including up to 4 variants. All plans are on the pricing page.
